For more than 25+ years, Kate has helped organizations create innovative workplaces and adopt new ways of working. Her global expertise includes research, workplace strategy, change management, training, sustainability, design, and leadership. Since COVID-19, she is leveraging her extensive background in “distributed work” to develop sustainable solutions for organizations that focus on helping employees work at their best. She integrates work-from-home with distributed work strategies and helps her clients re-imagining the purpose of the workplace and new hybrid models.
Kate is the Global Chair of the Workplace Evolutionaries, the largest global community of practice and also serves on the International Facilities Management Association Board of Directors. She has authored two books and over forty case studies. She enjoys sharing her insights with others and speaks at various business, real estate, facilities, and HR and conferences around the world.

David‘s 13-year experience as a sales professional and HR executive at Kraft Foods, Nabisco, and Oscar Mayer helped guide his passion to improve the human experience today. David holds a bachelor’s degree in Marriage, Family, Human Development from Brigham Young University, and a MBA from the University of Arkansas. He does it all to create a better world for (and so he can kayak with!) his wife, Heather, and their four sons.

Mindi works to connect people with purpose. She believes an organization’s business potential is intimately tied to its sense of humanity. Her goal is to help cultivate workplace cultures where people feel connected to the greater purpose and impact of their work. She has 20 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, and as a Human Resource Executive focused on practices that contribute to strengthening company culture. Recently, Mindi was named 2018 Human Resource Executive of the Year by the Stevie® Award for Great Employers and recognized as Human Resource Executive of the Year by Utah Business Magazine. She is SPHR and SHRM – SCP certified. She also holds a BA in Journalism and an M.B.A. from the University of Utah. She is the proud mom to three busy sons and is grateful for the perspective her tribe gives her on work, life, wellbeing, and whole-life awareness in the workplace.
